If you're troubleshooting a no heat problem in a microwave oven, the first thing to check is the door interlock switches.

I tried to watch this video with no luck. Tried to download and watch it. All i get is a black screen with the website txt at the bottom.

Maybe someone is standing on the cord, cause I can't get this to work no matter what. I've had QuickTime for years. Got the klite codec pack also. no go on media player, quicktime player, mpc... It won't play on my iPad either...

I'm using Google Chrome on an iMac and it downloads and runs just fine. What browser are you using?
