    just a thought, are Sears repairman as bad as their products?
    I had the same issue on my 8yr old 650, called SZ and told them it was common knowledge that this is a problem, they covered the new evaporator and 1/2 the labor. I also had sent a snapshot to the repairman to make sure he had the part BEFORE he came that saved me the $125 diagnostic fee.
