  1. My 5 year old Samsung washer is showing a 3C2 error. The initial symptoms were it pausing mid cycle, adding time on each time so it never got to the end of a cycle. Now it is obvious that although the cycle will start, the drum isn't turning. Placing the machine in test mode leads to the 3C2 code showing. This model seems to be poorly documented, but it's belt driven so there's no rotor/stator, and I can't find any diagrams to tell me where any possible culprit sensors are. I've included a photo inside the rear panel. I have tried a few things, which I'll list below. Machine calibration, plus ensuring everything is level and stable. Replacing the main PCB which includes the inverter board. Testing with a new motor, no change. Checking wire connections, there doesn't seem to be any damaged cables. If anyone has any bright ideas, I'd be very grateful. If it helps, I believe the model number is broken down like this: WW 12 (12Kg) K (Year) 8 (series) 4 (model) 1 (main colour) 2 (door colour). So model WW12K8402OW will be the same machine in a different colour. Thanks in advance.
