Fridge not cold

My freezer is working fine but the fridge is not cold. I notices that the damper has some ice on it. We do i go from there? Model number is 52203100      Serial sl2247192

this appears to be a Sears fridge made by Whirlpool .. please confirm  :D

I don't see anywhere that it says whirlpool. It is a sears Kenmore Elite.

You will not see anywhere on this box where it "says" Whirpool. Sears makes nothing, never has and never will.  All products are made for them and the Kenmore name is put on the product.  The 3 digit number before the model number tells us the source of the unit, who made this for Sears. We would suppose because this says Elite it is made by Whirlpool because it is a style put on their Whirlpool models also.  However without this whole model number be cannot be sure.  See if there is a 106.  before the model number, which would be the source code meaning Whirlpool Cooling products
