In my opinion SubZero/Wolf is hands down the best company to deal with whether a  servicer or customer. Today is Sunday and their tech's are responding to my e-mails.

I agree Paul, they are the best to deal with, they have an image to uphold and they want the customer to be satisfied.

While Sub-Zero may have the absolutely best customer service which also carries over to Wolf, the Wolf dual fuel ranges and electric ovens are unequivocally the best designed and made residential cooking products you can buy. I've torn these products down to bits and every bit that goes into them is better made than any competitor's. The all-gas ranges and cooktops are fine and the microwaves are as good as any Sharp sold under any other brand name. Sure the stuff is wicked expensive, everyone knows that, but the excellent customer service is something you don't get with any one else.
