i fell out of my chair when i heard our other tech on the phone with a customer on this one
customer " the d/w is broken and i have 20 family members comming over for dinner TONIGHT"
tech replies "we are booked for today we can be out tomorrow"
customer "didnt you hear me, i have 20 ppl comming here tonight!"
tech "well then your in luck... you have 20 ppl to help you do the dishes by hand"
and yes... it was an LG dishwasher owner
<sigh>

I just replaced a drain hose on an LG dishwasher the other day. they run it through the back of the machine instead of on the side, so it's hard to install these dishwashers. It was a pain to install.
