Washer model # 26712690 Direct Drive - Will not agitate or spin.  It will drain.  HELP

You have broken the coupler between the motor and transmission.  Remove the case, pull the pump and motor and replace this coupler.

Master,  Thanks to your step-by-step pics, I figured out to pull the washer apart.  My next questions:  how do I pull the pump and motor and what does a broken coupler look like?   Thank you ,   Joy
