GE TBX22PR - freezer no workie

I have had the same problem with the flapper not closing after ice is dispensed. For a while, I was able to manually close it, but now it won't close at all. Anyone know how to fix it?

I am also having this issue.  I saw your, Pegi,  diagram on the previous page.  How would I go about ordering these parts (#'s 62,63, and 67) and are they pretty easy to install myself?  I am pretty handy, but I have never taken apart a fridge before.

And my model is TBX22PRYNLBB. Are there instructions somewhere on how to take apart the door compartment to get at the flapper and other parts? I took off the panel inside the door and that just gets to a styrofoam wall that I can't get past. I appreciate any help anyone can provide. Thank you.
