ge custom icemaker tfx24rg no water and ice switch broken

No water comes out of my GE custom icemaker, the fridge model number is TFX24RG, also I have one piece to the switch you use to choose either crushed or cubed ice but I think I'm missing some parts, there's a lever inside the machine where if you pull down on one side it will dispense cubes, otherwise it's all crushed, and there is a hole running the length of the lever however the piece I have that I was told goes to the dispenser makes no sense by itself, please give me a possible list of parts needed for this operation if possible.  Thank you in advance.  Phillip Minor
