Convection Doesn't Convect!

I have a GE convection/microwave combo that stopped working in convection mode.  I think it's heating up, some, (judging by a meatloaf I had in it for 30 minutes,) but the fan doesn't come on like it used to.  It does come on immediately, but at a low level.  As I recall, it used to come on at a high level, periodically.

Model number is JET343G-002, mfd in July '91.  (BTW, I didn't use a flashlight. . . I hope that's still OK)
