My bulb in my Maytag MMC5000BDW microwave oven burned out. The manual says I have to call a repairman. Being cheap, I wondered if anyone knows how to replace this bulb and the part number needed.

John, looks like the bulb sits right above the door latch assy. I think if you remove the control panel you should be able to get to it. Part # is 56001034. Remember to unplug before going in there...Ron
