I have a 10 year old Amana refridgerator that is a side by side with ice and water in the door.  The model number is SZD25N2W.  Recently the ice in the ice bucket started to stick together like it was melting and then refreezing.  I took the ice bucket out this evening and noticed that their is water dripping from the ice maker and into the ice bucket.  About 1 drip every 30 seconds.  Do you have any idea what might be the problem and can I fix it myself.

You could have  split in the ice maker mold or it could be unlevel and coming over the top of the unit.  You might remove the ice maker and dry all water, then fill it with water and place it on some paper towels or something to see if water is getting the towel wet from the bottom of the mold.  You might also be able to see traces of white showing where the leak might be from the bottom of the IM.  If this is the case, you would need to replace this IM.
