I've replaced a coupler in a 5 year old kenmore direct drive.  I got this washer for free from a Sears Store locally.  Manager thought the coupler was out but that wasn't it.  Old one was in good shape.  The agitator works as well as the water pump.  What other things can I look at for it not spinning.  I can sping the drum by hand, so I'm confident it isn't stuck.
