HUH?  We have no clue if you have mechanical air dampers or electronic ones, have a thermostat or an electronic control board, etc etc.....ok, see where you have the freezer control set, if on warmer that would put more air into the food compartment, if set on colder this would cut the air flow to the food compartment...assuming you have mechanical air damper controls...this help?

Here is the breakdown pages for your unit, I would be suspecting a broken air bafflel that is not shutting off the air to the food side, however there will be others in here that is more familure with this style and brand that is going to have to help you when the log in and see this thread.

What's the Freezer Temperature ?

from the service manual:

Food temperature is too cold.

• Clean condenser coils.

• Adjust Fresh Food control.

• Adjust Deepfreeze® control to warmer setting. Allow several hours for temperature to adjust.

Refrigerator airflow not properly adjusted

Adjust airflow grille to freezer.

Adjust Chef’s pantry temperature control.

Adjust beverage chiller and chiller fresh temperature controls.

Make sure deli boot seals against air-supply orifice.
