Starts fine but within about 10 seconds starts a strange growl noise with sparks visible. Do you have specific diagrams for this unit?

   Is your metal shelf sitting correctly?  Are the little plastic shelf supports broken?

there is no metal shelf. I just got this unit from a friends friend because my old one was doing the same thing! This one was supposed to work. I see the sparks through the mesh over the cabinet light, they are coming from behind the light ( not the light itself but further back in the cabinet).
