My wife was using the self cleaning feature on this oven when she realized that she had left the oven racks in. She hit the cancel button and immediately tried to move the lever to the open side. It would not move, so she forced it. After the oven cooled off we could move the level all the way back, but the oven door still catches the latch. What can we do to correct this?
