The year was 1975, the day was July 3, the time was 4:45 PM a woman comes in crying that she was having a fourth of July party and her dishwasher is not working.
Norman H. told her he would come over first thing in the morning.
Boss asked me to come in as I ran the shop and parts department.
Around 10:00AM a call comes in from NYC Medical Examiner stating Norman H. had a massive heart attack and died. On the other line is the woman screaming"who the hell is coming to finish my dam dishwasher".

Too cold here in New York, wife is with family in California complaining that it too hot.

It's gonna be in the upper 30's today. Rotten temps for snowshoe hiking-- the snow sticks to your shoes like paste and you feel like you're hiking in cement boots. And if the snow gets on you from kickback or tree branches, it melts instantly; you get soaking wet in less than a mile. Good day to run service calls. Hopefully no customers from Hell. :tokin:
