According to the wiring schematic I have that shipped with the appliance, this is a dual-element heater and neither of them work.  The indicator light works though.  The other 3 heating elements work fine.

Any advice on where to start trouble-shooting?  A repair manual would be helpful if anyone has one handy.

Serial number is 15598008LP

Affirmative.  The oven light works and the display is lit normally.
