I've got an older Jenn air range that the oven cuts off above 325 degrees. Doesnt have a tech sheet. Swapped the thermostat control with a known good one, same deal. If you turn the oven temp control past 400 the lock light comes on, then goes off at 500-525 degrees. Anyone got a tech sheet for this puppy or any ideas?
