My 2 year old Kenmore range shows a EO F-2 message on the display. When I reset the display it disappears and then shows up in a few minutes and IT KEEPS BEEPING. I've turned the power source off thinking it would re-set, but that didn't help.
Any ideas about how to fix this thing other than call the service man at the tune of $70 ?

Start by testing your oven temperature sensor. Follow that up by posting your model number.
