Regency is out of business in the USA. All parts are no longer available for these units.
Ah so, Scottthewolf.san.
Regency VSA were distributed in North America (Includes USA and Canada) from 1987 thru 1999.
Hunting through the internet, I found http://www.adcoservice.com does indeed have parts available in USA. This seems to be the ONLY source. I found Rapid Parts in Toronto Canada has parts, but no internet presence. I can't find any internet presence anywhere for the original manufacturer. I don't know, maybe the internet is upside down down under.
Being at least 10 years old, some of these dependable Regency appliances are just now breaking down and needing service, like my E500 with fatigued door wiring due to many, many opening and closing the door cycles. (I have fixed this problem.) It would be handy for me to have a service manual, and also for all professional appliance repair people, Samurai or Ninja.
I am a very curious person, having taken apart vacuum cleaners since I was 4. I am curious about an electrical switch behind the kick panel with multiple terminals (4 or 5) and the switch has small hose leading to the drain pan. I think it might be some kind of flood control safety switch. It is not critical at this time that I know what this switch does, but the manual might tell me, and the manual will be necessary next time this machine fails my wife. I like to keep her very happy.

In the last day I have found that in Australia, this is not a Regency VSA 500E dishwasher, but a Vulcan Dishlex 500E.
Electrolux has taken over new models of Dishlex. I noticed that some parts are evailable on Ebay and are packed in Electrolux bags.
I have the original user manual, and I don't need the wiring diagram. I already fixed the broken door wiring.
Again, thanks for the effort you put in for me. I really do appreciate it.
Bob
