I am writing to request a service manual for the Bosch Nexxt 500 WFMC3301UC/06 washing machine.
I'm getting the E04 message during the draining cycle. I've tried taking off the front access panel and opening up the drainage cap, but didn't see anything that would clog things up there.
Am thinking about talking it apart from the back, to see if any of the draining hoses may be plugged higher up.
