llky
This is a old Kenmore refrrigerator that has worked very well over the years. It has developed a water leak on the bottom of the freezer door.Do you have a service manual, tech sheet,or something on this thing so that I can trouble shoot, find and repair the water leak,Please send any info to don.stokes@sbcglobal.net. Many thanks for your time
RegUS_PatOff
If It's a puddle of water every 8 hours (or so), it could be a blocked Defrost Drain Tube under the Freezer Evaporator Coils.(hair-dryer & hot water....)
llky
No NO the leak is not from the defrost drain. It is coming from the bottom of the freezer door, outa the cold watwr or crushed ice thing. Thanks for the info, but I've checked the drain and it drains freely.
