I've got a 2 year old GE Monogram ZISS420NRSS that is too cold (freezing milk). It also has the meat drawer fan constantly on. From reading some of the posts, I want to check the Cold Control Thermostat and the Damper. I don't know if there are other possibilities as well. I don't know where these items are or how to get to them. A service manual would be a great help.
