I'm a service tech that wants to make sure I'm troubleshooting this correctly.  Rinse light stays on and customer says Owners Manual says to contact Service Tech.

When a failure has occurred, the dishwasher will continuously beep every second and the Start/Pause indicator light will be red.

The error code will be displayed with the red light indicators on the wash cycle panel. (For specific failures see the illustrations below.)

To solve a failure issue

1.Press the Power button to remove the error code.

2.If the error code and continuous beeps cannot be removed by pressing POWER, turn the power off at the power supply.

3.Check the chart below and correct the failure wherever possible.

4.After attending to the failure, turn the dishwasher on at the power supply.

5.If the error code and continuous beeps remain, turn the water and power supply off to the dishwasher.

6.Call your authorized service center. (See “Assistance or Service.”) Advise the technician of the error code that has appeared on the dishwasher.

Error Codes RINSE Flood switch has been activated.

(if it's not beeping, then it's just the Rinse Aid is empty)

No Service Manual?  Thanks for the reply.  Do you have the "chart" or "illustrations" that your reply refers to?

You're awesome!  Thank you!  Tells me everything I need to know.  I think you're right.  The tech sheet looks like F&P, but this WP model is pretty much the same.  Mucho domos.
