The unit is full of water. While in service the water is flowing through the discharge hose. Any ideas? I have checked the manual and run through the diagnostics but not clear what it is saying or how to do it. Help please.

If the valvewheel is indeed in the service position indicated by the arrow on the bracket, there is a problem with the valve itself - the seal under the rotor has failed, and/or the rotor itself. You can purchase the rotor and a seal kit and not that expensive. Be certain to dry out all of the small channels in the valve body before installing new seal and liberally lubricate bottom of new rotor with the foodgrade silicone grease supplied in the seal kit.
