Wolf DF366 Range Error - Oven won't turn on

I have a Wolf DF366 Dual Fuel Range. When we try to turn the oven on, it beeps and gives an ERR symbol on the temp control and the flip down panel shows "error 0E" or "error OE". We bought the item from a friend, the oven has never been used.
I'm handy enough to replace parts/boards/etc, but am hoping the solution might be something simpler.
Any guidance would be appreciated since we need the oven for Thanksgiving.
Thanks
