This is a great tool if you guys hadn't tried them. makes those hardto get to hoses soooo much easier to deal with. How ever the repair clinic price is crazy $105.15...I got the same ones at Harbor Frieght for $8.

Have these same pliers. They've saved my bacon on more that a few jobs where the hoses were galled onto the water shutoff valve. I don't remember what I paid for 'em but it wasn't anywhere near $105 nor was it as low as $8. Whatever I paid, they've been worth it!

Anyone know where I can get a pair of these, not at $105.00? I can't find them at Harbour Freight.

Are you sure, did you ask?  I'm pretty sure I've seen those or one that is very similar to that at Harbor Freight.

I looked in the store and on their web site, no luck.

I think I bought mine from AP Wagner. Didn't pay not stinking $105! I do recall gagging on the price, though. Think it was in the neighborhood of $50.

The $30.40 shipped is about the best you will do. I'd go with that. If I stumble upon the others I will let you kniw.

This is an old topic but YES! these are better than channel locks or any pliers. You need these, worth whatever you have to pay.

I've had these in my tool bag since day one.

These are much handier to have than channel locks: http://www.irwin.com...se-clamp-pliers
