I have an acer aspire 5330 and am having some power on problems.

I have reseated memory modules, hard drive...etc

when the power button is pushed it will light status lights but not lcd, the fan also spins up but after approx 20 seconds it just shuts off..

If anyone has the same problem or any suggestions please reply...,

I had a similar problem and it was something fried on the motherboard. I think it was an Acer too.
