Assuming this is the problem --- happened once before when I paid $100 for a service call to be told it was "just some coins" blocking the drain :(   I sure would like to check this out before bringing in another service call. Any suggestions?

Give us a brand and model number, and we could tell you where to look

Machine is a couple miles away unfortunately... I will collect it and get back to you, hopefully before you close.
