Well, we can drop Friggidaire from the list of recommended brands based on access to service information... because they no longer allow access unless you're a warranty servicer! After years of having their site open to all servicers, looks like they've closed it off as of today.

we were told about that just yesterday
the friggy rep was surprised to hear the old  service/tips  still works

besides, you have me     :P

and i have their whole site on my skydrive
guess i should update that for you all incase they do shut the site down
