:?  Has anyone out there had any experience with Maytag DW model MDB7100AWQ not draining water?  The spray arm turns clockwise for wash and I thing the motor is supposed to reverse for drain.   After the wash cycle stops, it is at rest for a minute then should go into drain cycle.   When drain cycle begins, I can open the door and the spray arm is turning the same clockwise direction so I don't think the motor is reversing for drain out.   The motor has an electronic board on it and this model has an electronic control.  I think one of the control boards is bad but wondering how to troubleshoot down to the individual part.   Anyone have a suggestion for me?   Thanks,    Russman

Ron, the only tech bulletin out in this dishwasher is for the infamous leaking soap door.  Do you have the wiring diagram?  It usually lives behind the kickplates.  If you have that, post here as an attachment or fax it to me at 775-416-4449 so we can have a look.

Thanks Scott,    I couldn't find the schematic when I was there......but I may go back and look harder for it.    Sounds like I'm going to need it for sure.   I talked to a fellow tech here in Des Moines who is Maytag authorized and he hasn't seen this problem yet either.  The dishwasher is only a couple years old.

Thanks for your reply.

Russ
