Why is cold water getting mixed-in in the HOT setting...the result is really low temperature water.  Warm is really room temperature and cold is cold.  Shouldn't hot be just admitting water from the hot source?  When the cold faucet is closed, the water is hot.  Is there an automatic water temperature control, how can the setting be increased?

Thanks for the help.

Phil
