Next time you scrap a micro-wave oven.................go to the magnatron and salvage one ( or both) of the magnets..........Cover one side of the magnet with a felt strip..( that side to the appliance ) ............. Later, when you service an appliance with a large amount of fasteners, stick the magnet on the side of the appliance and attach all of the removed fasteners to the magnet.......... so you will not lose / misplace the fasteners............. better than rolling around on the floor.................

I've been using an automotive magnet round dish. But its big and clunky to carry in my small over loaded tool bag.
