I HAVE A KENMORE SIDE BY SIDE, ICE MAKER PRODUCES ICE BUT DOES NOT DISPENSE ICE. I HAVE TAKEN THE TRAY OUT AND CLEANED IT OUT LOOKING FOR OLD ICE FROZEN UP NOT ALLOWING IT TO DISPENSE. THAT WAS NOT THE CASE. I ALSO MADE SURE THE TRAY WAS LINED UP WITH THE AUGER IN THE BACK. STILL NOT THE PROBLEM. WHEN IT IS DEPRESSED TO DISPENSE ICE IT MAKES AND CHURNING SOUND. ANY IDEAS???????
