Hi everyone.

GGS365 gas cooktop Thermador. 5 burners

The 3 burners without the simmer control work fine.
Sparker works fine all 5 burners

The two burners with the simmer control are just dead. When either knob is turned to any position to try to get burners on, no solenoid sound to turn on gas, no gas, no spark, no nothing. I am aware that there is a module inside called a gas simmer controller.

Would a bad one exhibit this symptom? Any other possibilities?

Thanks

Yes, and this problem is almost certainly a bad simmer control module.
