Hi.

I have an E521T fridge that has just started beeping when I open the door - only a couple of short beeps, but still an error.

On the ActiveSmart panel at the back of the main fridge compartment, the first LED (only) above the "mercury bulb" lights green for one second, then the mercury buld itself goes red for a half a second (or so), then repeats the sequence. The fridge and freezer still seem cool enough but I would rather act if it is advance warning for something bigger - besides it's been doing it less than 24 hours so it could be just retaining it's temperature.

Can anybody advise if this is a user-serviceable error (reset fridge etc), or is most likely a failing/failed part.

Cheers,
Greg

.. the first LED (only) above the "mercury bulb" lights green for one second,

Display Code: 1

Reason: On the last power up, the power/control module failed its self-test.

Primary Action: Replace power/control module.

Hi,

I have the same fridge with the same error code.
Is it possible to get a copy of the service manual that has all the error codes in it?

Thanks,
Dan.
