Bosch Dishwasher
Mod# SHU3305UC/U12
Ser# FD8201 02 0314

Need to know if there is a set limit for the heating cycle in diagnostics in time that if it takes too long to make it up to 150 degrees that will still cause the "Power Scrub Plus" light to lite up, which indicates a heater fault?

In diagnostics it did the following, (thru complete diagnostics "Power Scrub Plus" & "Rinse & Hold" is flashing:
Draining - 30 seconds

Filling - Amps read .01 or less

Heating & Circulating - Water was from an outside cold tap, around 40-50 degrees and heating cycle has to get the water temp up to 150 degrees before it advances to next cycle, was reading 10.0 - 10.8 amps so heater was working and it was raising the water temp by about 2 degrees every minute. Ran for about 1 hour and 5 minutes and then advanced into the last cycle of the diagnostics. As soon as it advanced into drain the "Power Scrub Plus" light stopped flashing and was on solid.

Draining - 60 seconds

Ended with "Power Scrub Plus" light on solid and "Rinse & Hold" light flashing.

Power Scrub Plus light being on at end of diagnostic cycle indicates a Heater fault.

Is the fault from it taking so long to heat the water because the water was too cold to start with, so I have no problems with the machine?
