Does anyone have any info, specifically the user, installation and/or service guides, for Gaggenau ovens? I enjoy baking and I'm looking for a convection wall oven. A quick look on craigslist and I found a Gaggenau EB 378-610 for sale locally. Previous owner has it disconnected but insists it was working recently. I don't imaging parts would be easy to come by but figured I'd ask if anyone has opinions.
