Kenmore dryer trips circuit breaker w/ heat setting

Dryer works fine on the no-heat, air only setting. When the heat setting is on, any level, it runs for a few minutes and then trips the circuit breaker. The heating element is intact, working without a short, and heats up to a nice red glow. The thermal cut-out on the element casing tested as a dud, and I replaced it and the thermostat with new ones, but the dryer still trips the circuit breaker. The vents are all clear. The thermal cut-out and thermostat on the vent casing test okay. Where else could the short be?
