i am having trouble printing pdf files since thursday, january 27th. up until that time i never had that problem. now i get something that says i have to by their software to print.does anyone else have that problem. my e mail is billsrepair.co5623@sbcglobal.net. thanks for any help, the buschman

Adobe Reader (PDF reader &PDF printer) is free
Adobe Acrobat (PDF reader, PDF maker) costs money
right-click on a PDF file, then "open with" and see if both (or which) programs are on the list.

I would also highly recommend a third party PDF reader, such as Foxit. All the features, none of the bloat.
Good with computers, bad with appliances.

Another free PDF reader and basic PDF creator (printer object) is Nitro PDF. They have paid and free versions and they work really well for me. Hope that helps!
