1) serial number ? . . looks like prior to serial number M830453. . . looks like mine was made before roller assemblies became standard.
. . . faced with manhandling this unit out of its hole and out the house?
. . . alternatives?
2) why ?
3) fix it ?

i still have that 500 series manual you sent me a couple years ago, has come in real handy from time to time, cant thank you enough. hope i wont be neeing a 600 series repair manual any time soon.

You might be able to cut the line at the punture and install a compression fitting.
