The water doesn't stop and overflows and then seeps through the bottom of the door. I've checked the control board on top...and it looks like the q6 and r11 is not burnt but a couple of tracks are burnt in the surrounding areas towards the first big plug in. When I unplug the washer, the water turns off. What do you guys think is wrong? Your help is appreciated.
