I've got a 5 year old GE QuietPower 2 dishwasher that lost it's mind the other day.

First, it went totally dead, with a couple of the lights on the control panel staying lit for a few minutes, then nothing. No buttons work, no beeps, nothing. I reset the breaker, same story. Two lights on the control panel for a few minutes, then nothing.

I replaced both boards inside the door. When I powered up the dishwasher, now the clean light stays on and I get a beep when I hit the start/reset button. Otherwise, nothing.

I replaced both latch sensors less than a year ago, so I don't think that could be the problem. I can't find a tech sheet anywhere.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks all.

Need your FULL model number, including the letters after the 5500.

It's a GLD5500L00BB.

Now, the dishwasher has gone back to it's original state. For the first few minutes after flipping the breaker, the HEATED DRY and NORMAL WASH lights come on. Then, after a few minutes, they go out. No response at all from any buttons on the keypad.

Thanks guys. Any help is much appreciated.
