Kenmore Washer: No Agitate or Spin

I have a Kenmore washer, about 5 years old, that won't agitate or spin. What it be, yo? :dude:

This is most likely a problem with the drive coupler:

I have the exact same problem with my Kenmore 110.  Mine is about 10 years old.  I need some help also.
