I kept getting E:04 error. There is nothing in the outlet. I have disassembled and checked the check ball and the pump inlet. We are not having problems with suds and we have tried light loads.
I checked the door switch connections after getting a door error in test mode, and they seemed secure. I do not what/where to check voltages for door.
Whe we get the error there is an odor that could be a hot belt (?). When the machine is tumbling slow there is a "creaking" noise that could be drive/belt related.
Instead of E:04 I am now getting C:01 / E:01. I can't find error code chart now.

E:04 points to a problem with your door latch control. Wish I could tell you more but, sadly, someone forgot to include their model number. Posted Image
