I hope this isn't a stupid question, but does anyone no why both oven light's would be on and no heat in the top oven in a RBD305PRS00 built-in double oven.

sounds like a bad Controller.
Has the Self-Clean been done lately ? :nono:
Do you need the Tech Sheets ?

I believe this unit only heats with the door closed, and turns on light when the door is open, so...sounds like your door switch is stuck in the door open position...

Thanks Reg, just downloaded a Tech sheet, not sure if it has been cleaned yet. Kurtius, I was thinking maybe a door switch too. Gonna check it out shortly.

aahh.., yes
from the
RBD305PRS00 Use & Care Guide:
... The display will show “door” and the heating elements will not heat if the door is open when baking and roasting.
