Refrigerator is warm and freezer is cold but temperature display reads 34F and fridge is actually 54F. When turbo cool is used, takes long time for evap fan to come on. Customer states that board on this unit was replaced about 18 months after it was placed into service...

Out of whack temperature readings are commonly caused by wonky thermistors. Check to see if you have the upgraded thermistors in this unit.

sorry it took so long to close this thread....I eventually replaced the small circuit board behind the touch panel/thermostat buttons...after confirming the thermistors. Thanks for the great input!
