I have a Frigidaire Double Oven Model # PLEB30T8CCB with a problem heating the top oven. When pre-heating, the oven reads that the top unit preheats to a certain temperature. However, after turning oven off then back on the temperature on oven reads significantly lower.
The broiler unit works properly. However, bake element did not even get warm.
Replaced bake element on upper unit to no avail. Same problem. Bake element din't even heat up at all or get warm.
Do I need a new relay board or can I get a relay without need to solder, ect.? Any other potential solutions?
Thanks in advance for all time and effort.

Can you buy just a relay or must you get the whole relay board?

you could get just the Relay, but would need to do some web-surfing for the individual part number ..
and would need to be soldered

Good chance just a little handy work with a soldering iron and solder will fix it up.

Pull the relay board and look at the bake relay solder legs on the back of the relay board, I've had two of these same style Frigidaire ovens with that exact same type of problem.
