Hi,
I've managed to lock up the controls on my washer. The load started, i hit pause (to put in a sock) and waited for the door to unlock. The door unlocked, I put in my sock, and now I can't get any response from the controls.I tried to lock/unlock using the control lock/unlock function to no avail. Is there a reset sequence?

Unplug the washer and leave it that way for exactly 12 minutes and 17 seconds-- no more, no less. Then plug it back in. Problem solved!
